Please visit the registration page of this website. You will be directed to the registration module by clicking on the button: register for the congress. Go through the various steps and you will receive an automatic registration confirmation. Please also check your spam-mailbox. If you did not receive the confirmation,

You can register online up to one day prior to the conference.
Please note, registration is done on a first-come, first-served basis and full is full. -
Please choose the green enrollment fee during registration. You must book travel yourself, and you should make sure that you can show evidence after the meeting that you travelled by train.

The fee reduction is a stimulation to avoid travel by airplane, which is not applicable to attendees from the Netherlands. Nevertheless, we do ask Dutch participants to travel by public transportation to the meeting venue.

An invitation letter can be requested by sending an e-mail to registrations@congresscare.com. Please note: we only provide an invitation letter; further organization of your visa should be organized by yourself.

We only accept payment in euros.

You can only pay in the online registration module by credit card or via iDeal.

It is not possible to pay by invoice.

Change / cancellation of your registration

Please send your requests for changes to us via the contact form on this website.

You can request a change to your registration via the contact form on this website or by email registrations@congresscare.com. You cannot change your registration online yourself.

You can only cancel your registration in writing by using the contact form on this website. You will receive written confirmation of this.
Cancellations before the 1st of February 2025 will receive their registration fee deducted by €100,-. Cancellations after the 1st of February will be fully charged the registration fee.
Travel

We highly request all participants to make use of public transport. If you are an international attendee, please see “How can I make use of sustainable travel discount”.
Book hotel accommodation

We advise you to make your own hotel reservation, this is not included in the registration.
More information on hotels in the region will follow shortly.
Accreditation points

You will receive a certificate of attendance by email usually within two weeks after the conference.

On the page ‘general information’ you can find out if and for which associations accreditation has been requested and which points have already been awarded.

One week after the conference you will receive your certificate of attandance via e-mail.
You do not have to contact the organisation about this.
Abstract submission

Abstract should be no longer than 500 words, submitted in word format during registration. Please use this template and rename with your first and last name.

Abstract deadline is January 15, 2025

For participants all abstracts for Oral and Poster presentations will be available on the 3rd of March 2025.

All abstracts must be presented as a poster and some will be selected for an oral presentation.
