Clinical Cancer Genomics Conference

Thursday 20 and Friday 21 March 2025
KIT, Amsterdam

About the conference

We are pleased to welcome you at the first Clinical Cancer Genomics Conference!

An increasing number of European countries are adapting clinical cancer (gen)omics programs including whole genome and transcriptome sequencing (WGTS) to enable cancer precision medicine and support research and a learning health care system for improving care for future cancer patients.

This meeting will be the first of an annual recurring series and aims to bring together researchers and medical specialists involved in these programs or interested in genomics-based and data-driven cancer care or research. The current state-of-the-art of implementations in routine care, research highlights, clinical impact and future developments will be presented and discussed.

The 2025 version of this meeting is initiated as part of the 10th anniversary of Hartwig Medical Foundation from the Netherlands, and is co-organized by Genomics England, DKFZ/MASTER/NCT, Genomic Medicine Sweden, 2025 French Genomic Medicine Initiative, and the Danish National Genome Center.

We are proud to present an exciting speaker line-up of international leading experts. Furthermore, we are deligthed that thanks to generous contributions of the sponsors the registration fees could be kept to a minimum and that international attendees travelling by train will be offered a sustainability discount!

We hope many of you will join us in Amsterdam! We are looking forward to an inspiring meeting driving novel collaborations and strenghten existing ones!
